that he saw Henrietta Smith Sign, Seal, publish and
declare the foregoing as and for his last will and
testament, and that he together with T. Fraser Thomas
and S.B. Cullen signed the same as subscribing witnesses
in the presence of the Testatrix and in the presence
of each other
