will and devise that after all my said debts and funeral expenses
are paid and discharged out of what cash money in
currency I may have in hand at my death, then the remainder
thereof I desire to be divided as follows; To O.C. Harvard
I will and bequeath Five ($500) dollars in cash to be paid to
her by my Executor and to Fanny Stone, I will and bequeath
Five ($500) dollars in cash to be paid to her by my executor, then
after the payment of said two amounts hereby bequeathed to O.C.
Harvard and Fanny Stone, and all my just debts and funeral
expenses out of the said cash in currency that I may
have at my death, it is my will and desire, that the remainder
or balance left of said cash or currency shall be divided into
two equal parts, one half of which I hereby devise and bequeath
to my beloved wife Mary A.E. Harvard, and the other one half
thereof, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved son
David G. Harvard.
Item  all the rest and residue of my said estate, real personal
or mixed not herein before especially disposed of, of which
I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled
at the time of my decease, whereon the said
be located or situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved
son, David G. Harvard, to have and to hold all of the
same to him and to his heirs, Executors administrators and
assigns forever.
Item  It is further my will and desire that my Executor herein
after named, shall under this my last will and Testament
have full power and authority after my death, at any time
to dispose of and sell an and all of my property at
public or private sale, that has not herein before been especially
disposed of devised or bequeathed to other persons than himself,
according to his own judgment desire and discretion.
Item  I do hereby nominate and appoint my said son David
G. Harvard to be the executor of this my last will & testament
     In Testimony Whereof, I, the said Hardy Harvard, do hereunto set
my hand, and seal and publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses
named below, this twenty-ninth day of November A D 1875
