and the legacy hereinafter bequeathed is to be discharged
as soon as circumstances will permit, and in the manner
described.
To Elizabeth Godwin I give devise and bequeath the
whole of my estate real and personal to her and her
heirs forever
I appoint E.D. Hodges of Alachua County and State
of Florida Executor of this my last will and testament
In Witness Whereof I have herewith signed and sealed &
published and declared this instrument as my will on
this the 14th fourteenth day of August AD 1882

Alachua County } Edward D. Hodges, who after being duly
sworn deposes and says that Alexander Hodges a citizen
of said state & County departed this life on the 6th day
of April 1884. That the said Deceased made a last will &
Testament in which he the said E.D. Hodges was appointed
Executor, and that the paper writing here presented as
the last will and Testament is the last will and Testament
