and *** and the remaining three-fourths (3/4) of
said amount to be judiciously invested by my Executor
in Real Estate property in the city of Nashville,
said real estate property to be held and enjoyed
by my said wife Ermine A. Abernathy
during her life time, and at her death to be
given absolutely to my infant daughter Willie
Leola Abernathy. And I hereby make and ordain
my brother William T. Abernathy Executor of this my
last Will and Testament.
   In Witness Whereof I James B. Abernathy the testator
have to this my will written on one sheet of
paper set my hand & seal this Eleventh (11th) day
of September in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six (1886)

J.B. Abernathy, sign seal, publish and declare
the above as and for his last will and testament
and that he signed and sealed the same in the
presence of Wm W. Bailey, C.W. Knight and W.C. Johnson
the subscribing witnesses to the same, who signed the
Same in the presence of the Testator, and in the
presence of each other             Wm T. Abernathy
