To the Hon J.C. Gardner County Judge in and for said
County;
   Your Petitioner respectfully showeth unto your honor
that Roxey Case departed this life on the 11th day
of June 1884. That said deceased left a last will
and Testament in which she constituted and appointed
your Petitioner as sole Executor of said
last Will
   Your Petitioner here presents said last will and
prays your Honor to make an order allowing the
same and admitting it to probate and your
petitioner will ever pray &c

foregoing petition, and upon an examination of the
last Will and Testament of Mrs. Roxey Case; It is
ordered that the same be & is hereby allowed &
