State of Florida}   Before the subscriber personally 
Alachua County  }   appeared James Case who after being duly
sworn deposes and says that that Roxy Case
departed this life on the 11th day of June 1884
leaving a last will and testament, and that the
foregoing paper writing is the last Will and testament
of said deceased. That the same was signed by the
Testatrix in his presence, and in the presence of
Thomas H. Fletcher and Robert F. Tracey, who in the
presence of the Testatrix signed the same as sub-
scribing witnesses      }

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Durborough
****** in the Protestant Episcopal Church of the
city and County of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania
being in good health and of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do make and publish
this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
   And as to my worldly estate, and all the property
real personal and mixed of which I shall die seized
and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at 
my death the time of my decease, I hereby give devise and
bequeath all the rest and residue thereof of every Kind
and description whatsoever after the payment by my
Executor hereinafter named, of all my just debts and
funeral expenses to my beloved sister Mary Durborow 
spinster of Philadelphia, to have and to hold
the same to her the said Mary Durborow her heirs
Administrators and assigns to her and their sole
use and behoof forever.
   And lastly I do nominate and appoint the G***d
Life Insurance Annuity and Trust Company of
Philadelphia to be the Executor of this my last
Will and Testament
   In Testimony whereof I the said Samuel Durborow
have to this my last will and testament subscribed
my name and affixed my seal this first day of
October in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
