There Personally appeared H.A. DeFrance who being duly
sworn according to law says that he was well acquainted
with C.H. Foster one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
codicil dated Decr 23 /81 to will of Saml Duborow decd
and is familiar with his name as well as other matters
signature having frequently seen him write his name as
well as other matters; that he has carefully examined
the foregoing signature "C.H. Foster" to said Codicil and
verily believes it to be in his own proper handwriting
The said C.H. Foster is deceased

Pennsylvania Philadelphia in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania do hereby certify the foregoing to
be a true and correct copy of the last Will and
testament and Codicil thereto of Saml. Durborow
deceased together with the probate thereof upon which
Letters Testamentary are granted unto Mary Durborow
on the 29th day of October 1888, and the same remains
on file and record in this office
