Know all men by these presents that I Jackson Lavenburg
Doctor of medicine, and residing now in the town of Fairmont
or Santaffey in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
being of Sound and disposing mind, do make and publish
this my last Will and Testament
   I give and bequeath unto my faithful and true house
Keeper Isabelle Ogden, all my household furniture of any
description, that I now possess, and shall at my decease
possess.
   I also give unto the said Isabelle Ogden all moneys and
notes of any Kind in my possession at my death, unto
her absolutely; as also such as I shall become at death
entitled to.
   I do give and bequeath unto the said Isabelle Ogden
all books and back amounts of moneys and medical fees
due to me, and that will become due at my death-giving
the said Isabelle Ogden absolute power and authority to
collect the same for her especial benefit and control
   I give and bequeath also to the said Isabelle Ogden
my horse and road cart and Harness with all the **
**** thereto appertaining, and also all other personal
effects belonging to me of whatsoever Kind not
before innumerated. To Have and to Hold the same unto her
and to her heirs and Administrators and assigns for ever
   In Testimony Whereof I have to this my last will and
Testament contained in this sheet of paper subscribed
my name and affixed my seal this twenty-eight
day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-eight.

Testament in presence of us, who at his request
and in his presence and in the presence of each
other have subscribed our names as witnesses
