hand. It is my Will that my just debts of which there are
very few and my funeral charges be paid out of my estate
as soon as possible after my decease.
   Third. I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my 
estate real personal or mixed whatsoever or wheresoever to my
beloved and devoted wife Rosa Matilda Welham Bradford
her heirs Executors Administrators and assigns for her and their
use and benefit forever, and I appoint my said wife sole
Executrix of this my last Will with exemption from bond
   It has been my practice to devote what little influence
I may possess 1st to the unification of the churches; 2nd
To the establishment of an international Court for the adjudication
of international c********** without war
and 3rd To the encouragement of international Sanitary treaties
with a view to prevent the ***** of yellow Fever and other
epidemic diseases by **** a system of sewage water
supply and cleanliness at the place where these diseases
usually originate and I could wish that my descendants
may on proper occasions aid the comminication of these
schemes which must eventually be adopted
   In Witness Whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
my seal this the 1st day of September 1888

Alachua County  } to me well Known, who being first duly
sworn deposes and says; That he was present and saw the
Testator Robert Hector Bradford sign and duly publish &
declare the above and foregoing as his last Will & Testament
in the presence of the witnesses whose names are there to subscribed
and that this affidavit and Margaret H. Ogin Courrine
Ogin R.A. Lassiter Walscurt D. Bradford and Kate Wilman
Bradford such witnessed the same in the presence
