Alachua County  }   Personally came before me W.N. Wilson
to me well known, who being duly sworn deposes and says
that this affiant and M.M. Cogswell and Walter Lunett
were present, and saw the Testator Solomon F. Halliday
sign, seal, publish and declare the above and foregoing
to be his last will and testament and this affiant
and M.M. Cogswell and Walter Lunett signed
the same at the same time and place as subscribing
witnesses thereto, in the presence of and at the *****

of William Edwards          } Florida
To the Hon J.C. Gardner, county Judge in and for
Alachua County Florida, letting and exorsizing
the jurisdiction of Probate Judge in and for
said County;
   The Petition of Julia A. Edwards respectfully
showeth unto your Honor, that the late William
Edwards, who last dwelt and had his home and
residence in Alachua County Florida departed this
life on the 24th day of November AD 1888 at the
