town of Micanopy, in said County and State possessed
of goods and estate in said County and State remaining
to be administered, leaving a widow, to-wit; Your Pe-
titioner and as his only heirs at law and next of Kin
the persons whose names, residence and relationship
to the deceased are as follows; to-wit; Matilda L.
Selden and Julia E. Edwards, and Davis G. Edwards
children of said Deceased.
That said deceased left a will in due form of law
herewith presented, wherein your Petitioner is named as
sole Executrix.
Wherefore your Petitioner prays that said Will may
be proved and allowed, and Letters Testamentary granted
to her in comformity with the statute in such cases
made and provided. This 25th day of January

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that I William Edwards, of the vilage of Micanopy
in the State and County aforesaid, being of sound mind
memory and discretion, but feeble and infirm in body
and realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty
of death, do make, publish and declare this to be my
last Will and testament
In the first place I will that as soon after my decease
as possible proper, my body be decently interred
and that all my funeral and burial expenses be
paid by my Executrix hereinafter named
In the second place it is my decision that my said
