debts, claims and demands which may be due against me
at the time of my decease.
   Thirdly. I hereby will and bequeath to my wife Julia A.
Edwards all of my real estate in the Counties of Marion
and Alachua and also all of my personal property of
every description in as much as I have full confidence
in her ability to manage the same for the best interest
for herself and family.
   Fourthly; I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my said wife sole Executrix of this my last
Will and Testament, and do hereby authorize her
to sell at any time her judgment may decree it ad
visable, any or all of the lands of which I may be
lawfully possessed in fee at the time of my decease
and also to make each disposition of the money,
notes and mortgages or other evidences of debt as may
belong to me, at my decease as she may see fit
