Will of Margaret Harriett E. Timmons

                  Know all men by these presents
that I Mrs. Margaret Hariet E. Timmons, said daughter of
Thomas and Mary B. Hicks of Alachua County
Florida, being in good health and of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do make and publish
this my last will and Testament hereby
revoking all former Wills by me at any time
made heretofore.
First; All my just debts and funeral expenses
shall first be paid out of my estate as soon
after my decease as shall be found convenient
Second; I give devise and bequeath to my beloved nieces
and nephew namely; Mary J. Torlay Warren
McRea Torlay Sarah E.H. Torlay and Maria A.
Torlay, children of S.B. and M.B. Torlay, and to
them only all of my right title and interest
in and to my estate and property, derived from my
father's estate said estate being in landed property
situated in the State of Florida, County of Alachua
and Known and described as the whole of the North
east quarter and of the West half of the South
east quarter of Section number Seventy-five
Township number nine, South, of Range Seventy
three East.
Third; All the rest of my estate, real personal
and mixed of which I shall die possessed unto
which I shall be entitled at my decease, I give &
bequeath to be equally divided divided between all
of my legal representatives
Fourth; Lastly I do nominate and appoint my
friend S.B. Torley to be the executor of this my last
Will and Testament.
   In Witness Whereof I have to this my last will
and Testament subscribed my name, and affixed my
seal this 33dn day of November 188 AD 1884

Signed, Sealed and published by the said Margaret E. Timmons
as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at
her request and in her presence and in the presence of each
other have subscribed our names as Witnesses this the 22nd day
of November A.D. 1884
