                Margaret E. Timmons
                       In County Judges Court
                        Alachua County Florida
         By the county Judge of said Court
In the matter of the last Will & Testament
of Margaret E. Timmons, deceased late
of Alachua County
   The said last Will and Testament having been duly
admitted to probate and record in this Court on the
18th day of April 1889, and it appearing by the
said last Will and Testament that S.B. Tolay was
named therein as Executor thereof and the said
S.B. Tolay having prayed the Court to grant letters
Testamentary, therein to him as such Executor and
no objection being made, thereto:
   It is ordered adjudged and Decreed that upon
taking the oath prescribed by law Letters Testamentary
as aforsaid under the seal of this Court be granted
to the said S.B. Tolay as Executor of said last
Will and Testament
               Witness my name as Judge aforesaid and the
(SEAL)         seal of said Court, at Gainesville in said
               County this 18th day of April 1889

   Your Petitioner Francis Doig who is a surviving sister
of Susan M. Lavey deceased of said County, respectfully
showeth unto your Honor, that in a paper
purporting to be the last Will and Testament
of said Susan M. Lavey deceased Mrs. W.L. Jackson
who was named as Executrix in said paper
and upon whom a rule has been duly issued to appear
and propound the same for probate who not
having appeared in accordance with the requirements
of said rules to propound said Will
Your petitioner as next of Kin or next friend
of Willis May Darden, the D*** & legatee named
in said Will, prays your Honor to make an 
order authorizing your petitioner to propound
said Will, and to fix a Day, and to issue such
notice to all persons in interest as to your
