Whereupon an order was issued in as follows:

Alachua County } Alachua County Fla
Upon reading and considering the
foregoing petition of Mrs. Frances Doig the sister of
Mrs. Susan M. Lavey, the Testatrix, and the next friend
of Willie May Darden the Devisee & Legatee named
in the last will and Testament of Mrs. Susan M.
Lavey deceased praying this Court to allow her to
propound the said Will, for probate, and to appoint
a day, and give notice to all persons instructed
of the time for the probate of said Will, and it
appearing that Mrs. W.L. Jackson, the executrix in
said will has been served with a rule to appear
on this the 24th day of July 1885 to propound the same
for probate, and the said Mrs. W.L. Jackson not appearing
as required by the citation, It is therefore ordered
that Mrs. Frances Doig as sister and as
Next friend of Willis May Darden, the legatee and
Devisee named in said Will who comes forward and
claims to probate said Will, be and she is hereby
allowed to act as propounder of said paper and
that Wednesday the 29th day of July be the time for
the propounding of said Will. Done and ordered this
July 29th 1885

It appearing to the Court that there
are the husband of Mrs. Susan M. Lavey, and minor
child of the said deceased named Zola Lavey &
that the last Will of said deceased is to be probated
propounded for probate; Now that the said minor
may be represented in the probate of said Will, It is
therefore ordered that H.J. Lavey be and he is hereby
appointed Guardian ad litem of said minor
