It having been shown to the Court in the matter of the
Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Susan M. Lavey, executed
on the 22nd day of June, 1885 and propounded by an order
of this Court, by Mrs. Frances Doig as sister of said
Testatrix, and as proch** ami of Willis May Darden
a minor Devisee & Legatee under said Will, and
caveatted by Herbert J. Lavey as husband of said testatrix
and Guardian ad litem of Zola Lavey a
minor child of Testatrix, that the next of Kin have all
been cited and regularly made parties; that due
notice of the Propounder to proceed with the proof
at a day specified in said notice before the County
Judge, acting as Judge of Probate, in and for said
County, that said Will has been duly proved to be the
last Will and Testament of Mrs. Susan M. Lavey as
alleged by the propounder in her petition, by the
witnesses thereto who have been examined orally in open
Court, and ***** made the usual affidavit of execution
