It is therefore Ordered by the Court, that said will be
and is established as the last Will and testament of
Mrs. Susan M. Lavey, and that the same be and is admitted
to record, & that the Executrix therein named has
been to qualify, and upon or doing that Letters Testamentary
do issue

All of which rulings and orders were appealed to the
Circuit, and Court in and for the County of Alachua
and to the Supreme court of the State of Florida
Wherefore it was adjudged by said Courts that
the decisions of the Court of Probate be and
were sustained, which will more fully appear
reference being had to the proceedings & decisions of
said Courts.

I Susan M. Lavey of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida being of sound mind and memory, but being
impressed with the uncertainty of life, and the certainty
of death, and being anxious to settle my earthly affairs
while blessed with comparative health and
Strength, do make, ordain, and publish this my last
will and Testament
In a full and unshaken faith in the Christian
religion through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, I
resign my body to the dust from whence it came
and my soul I resign to God who gave it.
First; I hereby give and bequeath, after my funeral
expenses and just debts are paid to my beloved
daughter Willis May Darden the following described
property to wit; Lots one, two, and fractional lot
ten in Block twenty-two (Lots 1,2, and fractional
10, Bl 22. Lots one and two being 52 8/100 feet
by 100 feet each, and fractional lot 10 being
52 8/10 by 65 by 80 feet-being triangular in form
said property located in the town of Archer
