also certain lot piece or parcel of land lying
and being in the town of Archer County of Alachua
State of Florida particularly Known and described as
follows; Beginning or starting at the North East
Corner of the North East quarter (NE 1/4) of the north
East quarter (NE 1/4) of the North-West quarter (NW 1/4)
of the South East quarter of Section Seventeen Township
Eleven (T11) Range Eighteen East (R18E) and
running South one hundred and Seventy-four feet, then
North west forty two degrees (42) and thirty minutes
(30') two hundred and twenty-six feet and six inches
(226,-6) thence East to place of starting or beginning
one hundred and forty-seven feet. Also all the property
real personal and mixed of which I may die seized
and possessed or in which I may have any interest
claim or title at the time of my death. to my beloved
daughter Willie May Darden, to vest in her absolutely
at the time of my death. I hereby nominate constitute
and appoint Mrs. W.L. Jackson, my most trusted and
rel*** friend, as the Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament hereby conferring unto her full power and
authority to carry unto effect the disposition of my 
property in accordance with my wishes as expressed and
declared, And it is my further wish and desire that after
my death, that Mrs. W.L. Jackson shall be the legal Guardian
of my child, Willie May Darden, during her minority to do
and perform all legal acts which may be necessary
in the management and control of the person of Willis
May Darden and the property herein bequeathed unto her, but
that the said Mrs. W.L. Jackson, Guardian shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful discharge of her
duties as such Guardian. I having the fullest confidence
in her honesty and integrity in discharging the trust
specified
