C.J. Peeler John K. Tuten and J.C. Neal who after
being duly sworn deposes and says that they saw
Mrs. Susan M. Lavey sign and publish the foregoing will as
and for her last Will and Testament on the day and
year therein stated as executed by her; that they
witnessed the same at her request in her presence
and in the presence of each other, that the same
was voluntarily executed by her, while she was of
disposing mind and memory

Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that Mary J. Zinn
wife of Petitioner departed this life on the 18th day of
June 1888 in said County, having while she lived and
at the time of her death goods chattels rights and
credits in said State and County
Your Petitioner further showeth that said deceased
made a will, and that he was appointed sole Executor
of the same, your Petitioner herewith presents said Will
and prays that said Will may be allowed and proved
and that Letters Testamentary do issue to him as
such Executor and your Petitioner will ever pray &c
