                  Upon reading and considering the
foregoing Petition and upon examination had of
said Will as propounded by the Petitioner;
   Ordered that said Will be and is allowed proved
and probated as the last Will and Testament of
Mrs. Mary J. Zinn decd.

                  The last Will and Testament of Mrs.
Mary J. Zinn having been duly proved by the affidavit
of J.D. Bell, one of the subscribing witnesses; It
is ordered that the same be admitted to record
   Done and ordered this April 23d 1889

                   Will
   Be it Known that I Mary Jane Zinn being of
sound and disposing mind and memory (blessed be
almighty God for the same) but weak and sick
in body, do hereby made publish and declare this my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making
void all others by me heretofore made, as follows
to-wit;
   It is my will that my husband John W. Zinn
shall have a support and maintainance from my
property during his lifetime, and that he shall control
and manage all my property real personal
and mixed during his lifetime, for the use benefit
and behoof of my daughter Mary Jane Zinn removing
and retaining for himself said John W.
Zinn a support and maintainance therefrom, and
after such support and maintainance is paid
and furnished, and all my just debts are paid
it is my will that all the rest render and remainder
of my property real personal and mixed shall be
and remain the property of my said daughter Mary
Jane Zinn. And I do hereby give devise and bequest
