the same and all of the same to her her heirs and assigns
forever, I hereby authorize and empower my said husband
John W. Zinn to sell all my personal property, and real
estate, except the lot on which my dwelling house stands
and about three acres of land bounded on the East by the
Florida Railway and Navigation Companys land and
North by land of R.B. Weeks, and on the West by railings
in a fence, and south by land of Hawthorn, and
to make good sufficient and legal titles to the s and
deeds to the same. It is my will that if such sale
is made, that all the proceeds thereof shall be and
spent and disposed of in accordance with the foregoing
provisions herein contained. It is my will that
my said husband shall be the Guardian of my said
daughter Mary J. Zinn, and in case of his death
that Alfred L. Barker be the Guardian of my said
daughter.
   In Testimony Whereof I have have herewith affixed my
hand and seal, this 10th day of June 1888

Be it Known further that I do make this Codicil
to further and more fully express my will concerning
my said daughter Mary J. Zinn; It is my will that
Mary E. Barker have the care custody and control
of my said daughter Mary J. Zinn, and of her 
training and education.
   In Testimony Whereof I have to this my codicil to my
Will this 10th day of June AD 1888 set my hand
