Alachua County } appeared J.D. Bell, who after having
duly sworn deposes and says that he was present
and saw Mrs. Mary J. Zinn sign and seal the
foregoing as and for her last Will and Testament
and that he together with J.E. Butts and B.E.
Cochran signed the same as subscribing witnesses
in the presence of the Testatrix and in the presence
of each other and at the request of the testatrix

said County;
Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that Daniel
Baker in his life time and at the time of his
death last sickness did make a nun cupative
Will which Will has been duly proved by three
Competent Witnesses in terms of the law.
Your Petitioner further showeth that she has
caused Citation to be published, calling on
all persons interested to show cause, if any
they had why said nun Cupative will should not
be probated, for the term of sixty days
Your Petitioner therefore prays that said will
be probated in terms of the law and your Petitioner
will ever pray &c This March 25th
