   Before the subscriber personally appeared Simon Welch
Samuel James and York Wright, who after being duly
sworn deposes and says that Daniel Baker departed
this life on the 25th day of July 1888, that during
his last illness he made the following disposition of
his property, and did call on these affiants &
desire them to bear witness that such was his will
   I Daniel Baker do give to my wife Patsy Baker
the home seat, and twenty acres of land, and all
that is made on the place during the year 1888.
Said land being Known and described as part of the
North half of the South West quarter of Section
twenty-eight-in Township nine (9) North of Range
Eighteen (18) East in the State of Florida and
County of Alachua    signed     Simon Welch

Linden K. Rollins decd.
   To the Hon J.C. Gardner Judge of Probate in &
for Alachua County Florida
   The Petition of Olin P. Cannon & Edmerson
E. Cannon respectfully shows onto your Honor
that Linden K. Rollins, late of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida who last dwelt
and had his house in Gainesville Alachua
County Florida, died in said Gainesville Florida
on the 15th day of June AD 1889 possessed of
goods and estate remaining to be administered
situated in said State and County, leaving
his mother Sinah W. Rawlins as his only heir
at law & next of Kin who resides at Georgetown
