Delaware. That said deceased left a last Will
and Testament duly executed according to law
which is herewith presented wherein your Petitioners
are named as Executors; Wherefore your Petitioners pray
that said Will may be proved and allowed and
Letters Testamentary granted to them.

the true last Will and Testament of Linden K. Rollins
deceased, Therefore upon consideration hereof It
is ordered adjudged and decreed that the will of said
deceased as within had expressed in said paper be
and the same is hereby allowed and approved as
his last Will and Testament and that letters Testamentary
do issue instanter to said Petitioners
