Will and Testament.
First. It is my will and desire, and I do direct that my executors
to be herein after named, shall pay and satisfy in full
all and every of my just debts as soon as practicable
Secondly; I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved and devoted
Mother Sinah W. Rawlins of Georgetown Delaware all of
the lands, tenements and hereditaments, situated lying
and being in the State of Delaware of which I may
die seized and possessed or to which I may be entitled
to at my decease
Thirdly; I give devise and bequeath unto Olin P.
Cannon, and Edmerson E. Cannon of Alachua
County Florida all and singular the lands tenements
hereditaments, and appurtenances, and all personal
property and mixed property situated in Alachua
County Florida, or whereon the same may be situated
of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which
I may be entitled to at my decease, saving and excepting
the property already herein devised to Sinah W.
Rawlins, and also all of my interest in the business
of the Alachua Abstract Company, and all of my interest
in the Florida Fertilizer Company Manufacturing
Company, and also all bonds, notes and *****
in action and all other property of every Character
nature and description whatsoever and wheresoever
situated of which I may be possessed at my decease
or to which I may be then entitled to by inheritance
or otherwise. To be held herein by the said Olin P. 
Cannon and Edmerson E. Cannon in Trust to, and
for my beloved Mother Sinah W. Rawlins of Georgetown
Delaware, and my step-father John M. 
Rawlins of Georgetown Delaware during their natural
life in the manner hereinafter stipulated, and after
the death of the said Sinah W. Rawlins and John
M. Rawlins, then in that case the said Trust
estate shall cease and determine, and all and
every of the said real estate personal and mixed
property, bonds, notes, ***** in action and all
property of every nature, character and 
description, of which I may die seized and possessed
or to which I may be entitled at my
decease, and which shall remain after the
completion of said Trust shall go and belong
to the said Olin P. Cannon and Edmerson E.
