Cannon share and share alike and to their heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple absolute.
   Fourthly; It is my will and desire and I so direct
that as soon as all my just debts and obligations
shall have been paid and settled in full, and my estate shall
have been wound up by my Executors, there shall be an
equitable appraisement and valuation of the property 
remaining to be turned unto to my said Trustees, one of said
appraisers to be chosen by said Executors, one to be chosen
by Sinah W. and John M. Rawlins, and said two appraisers 
to select a third appraiser.
   It is my further will and desire, and I so direct that
at the end of each and every year after the said appraisement
of the said property, shall have been made
by said appraisers, the said Olin P. Cannon & Edmerson E.
Cannon, as Trustees as aforesaid shall pay over to the
said Sinah W. Rawlins, as long as she shall live, a
per centage of five per cent per annum or the gross valuation
of said property, and after the death of the said
Sinah W. Rawlins, Then, in that case, the said Trustees
shall pay over to the said John M. Rawlins each year
a per centage of the gross valuation of said property
so appraised as aforesaid, at the rate of five per cent
per annum during the balance of the natural life of
said John M. Rawlins, Provided that the said Trustees
may at any time sell, the said property, or any part
thereof and reinvest the proceeds arising therefrom as they
may deem advisable, without the order or desire of any Court
or judge thereof.
   And in the event of the death of both my said Trustees
during the life of said Sinah W. Rawlins, then in that
case, it is my will and desire, that the said Sinah W.
Rawlins shall have own and Control, use and enjoy
all of said property, during her natural life
without the intervention of any other trustees
   Fifthly; I herein and hereby nominate and appoint
Olin P. Cannon and Edmmerson E. Cannon, as the
executors of this my last will and Testament with
full poser and authority to sell and convey any
part of my estate that in their judgment may be
necessary and proper without the intervention or order of
any court of law, or of equity or of any judge thereof
It is my further desire that said executors be not 
required to give any bond, and it is my further will
and desire and I so direct that while said Executors
