are settling up my estate they do pay unto my mother the
said Sinah W. Rollins an allowance of Five Hundred Dollars
per year from the time of my decease to the date
of the appraisement herein-before provided for.
   In Witness Whereof I have signed, and sealed, published
and declared this instrument as my Will, at Gainesville
in Alachua County Florida, on this 6th day May A.D.

Alachua County  } Maxwell, to me well Known, who
being duly sworn, deposes and says; That he was
present, and saw Linden K. Rawlins sign, seal
publish and declare the accompanying instrument
as and for his last Will and Testament, and
that this affiant, and B.F. Jordan and W.W. Hampton
signed the same, at the same time and place and
in the presence of each other, and in the presence
of and at the request of said Testator as sub-
scribing witnesses thereto.
   Affiant further swears, that he verily believes that
the writing here exhibited is the true last will &
Testament of the said deceased, and that the signature
thereof is genuine     }
