Last Will and Testament of Alex Coulter
State of Florida}  County Judges Court
Alachua County  }  Alachua County Fla
To the Hon J.C. Gardner County Judge in and for said County
Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that Alexander
Coulter decd late of said County died on the 5th day
of May 1889 leaving a last Will and Testament &
that she was appointed sole Executor of said Will
Your Petitioner herewith presents said Will and
prays that the same may be allowed & proved, and
that Letters Testamentary do issue to her in accordance
with law May 8th 1889.          Sallie M. Coulter

Alachua County  }  foregoing petition, and upon examination
had of said Will, It is ordered that the be &
is hereby allowed and admitted to proof

The last Will and testament of A. Coulter having been
proven by the affidavit of Thomas R. Kennedy one of the sub-
scribing witnesses, It is ordered that the same is hereby
probated and declared as the last will and Testament of
said deceased and recorded as such

I A. Coulter of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory
do hereby in the fear of God, make, publish and declare this
instrument to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say
1st. It is my will and desire that my beloved wife Sallie
shall as early as possible after my decease settle all of my 
just debts, and that she shall have full power, and the exclusive
wright to sell and transfer by Deed or otherwise any
part or all of my real or personal Estate as she may see
fit to pay said debts or for her individual benefit.
