2nd after the settlement of my debts, I give devise and be-
queath to my wife Sallie, all and singular, the residue
of my real and personal estate without any reservation
whatever, in fee simple absolute
3rd And whereas I have given by deed to my three children
Viz; 1st To my now deceased daughter Hettie J. and her husband
W.J.G. Adams 880 acres of land, it being the SE 1/2
of the SW 1/4 of Section 28 Township 10S, Range 21 E $800.00
2nd To my son Robert 34 1/2 acres of land in the corner
of the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of said section valued at $345.00
3rd To my son John 45 acres of land in the NW corner
of said Section Valued at $300.00
   Now therefore it is my will and desire that my beloved wife
Sallie, if she Can without injury to herself during her
life time make up to my sons the difference between
what I have given to them and my daughter or arrange
so that it be done at her decease, so that all may
be made to share equal alike
4th I hereby appoint and constitute my beloved wife
Sallie M. Coulter Executrix of this Instrument
and charge her with the faithful performance
and discharges of the same
   In Witness Whereof I A. Coulter have to this my last
Will and Testament subscribed my name and set
my seal on this the 12th day of Oct 1889

The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed
sealed, published and declared by the said Testator
A. Coulter, as and for his last Will and Testament
in the presence of us, who at his request in his presence
and in the presence of each other have subscribed
our names as witnesses thereto

Thos. R. Kennedy, who after being duly sworn deposes
and says that he was present and saw A. Coulter

R. Zetrouer & A.T. Zetrouer, signed the same as witnesses
in the presence of the Testator the Testator
and in the presence of each other, and at
