her death, then I give and bequeath the said household
furniture and Kitchen Furniture to my grand Son James James
the son of my daughter Tabby
Third; I give and bequeath unto my wife Rebecca James
during her natural life, the North-east quarter of Block
Six (6) Range five (5) of the town of Gainesville, and then, after
her death, I give and bequeath the North-East quarter
of said Block Six (6) Range five (5) to my Grand Son
James James, the son of my daughter Tabby
Fourth; I give and bequeath to my son Joseph James
the South-East quarter of Block Six (6) Range Five
(5) of the town of Gainesville
Fifth; It is my will and I do own that the West half
of Block Six (6) Range Five (5) of the town of Gainesville
be sold by my Executor hereinafter named,
either at publick or private sale, or sales at the
best price to be obtained for the Same and out of
the proceeds of such sale, or sales, I give and bequeath
share and share alike, unto Rebecca James
my wife, one third of the proceeds of such sale or
sales, Unto Tabby James, now Tabby Colson one
third of the proceeds of such sale or sales, Unto
Shadrack James, on third of the proceeds of such
Sale or sales, Provided hereon, that in case I shall
during my life time sell and dispose of the West-half
of said Block six (6) Range Five in the town of
Gainesville, then in that Case, I will pay off and satisfy
the said Rebecca James, Tabby James, now Tabby
Colson, and Shadrack James for their share or
shares as is herein designated.
Sixth & lastly; I hereby appoint and constitute
and nominate William A. Colclough to be the
Executor of this my will.
