and I thereupon signed my name as a witness at the
end of said instrument at the request of the said
Decedent and in her presence. The said Decedent
Executing
at the time of subscribing said instrument
the
now upwards of twenty-one years of age of twenty one
years, and in my opinion of sound mind memory
and understanding, and not under any Re-
straint or in any way respect incapacitated
to make a Will. I also saw said Frederick
H. Wright Frederick Bruce & Matilda V.N. Loney
the other subscribing witnesses sign their names
as witnesses at the end of said instrument Will
and know that they did so at the request and
in the presence of said Decedent

parties appearing having been heard and the

1886, and the probate of said Will not^being
Contested, and it appearing to the Surrogate
that the Will was duly executed, and that the
Testatrix at the time of executing it was
in all respects competent to make a will
and not under any restraint.
