It is ordered adjudged and deemed that the instrument

offered for probate^be and the same is hereby admitted to
probate as the last will and testament of the said deceased
valid to ***** Real and personal property, and that Letters
Testamentary do issue thereon to the Executors who may

To all whom these presents shall come or whom they may concern
Send Greeting:
Know Ye that at the City and County of New York, on
the Twentieth day of March in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and ninety-one before the
Hon Rastus S. Ransom, Surrogate of our said City
and County, the Last Will and Testament of Julia
A. Van Ness deceased was proved and is now ap-
proved and allowed by us, and the said deceased having
been at the time of her death a resident of the
County of New York, by means whereof the proving and
registering said Will, and the granting administra-
tion of all and singular the goods chattels and
credits of the said Testatrix and also the auditing allow-
ing, and final discharging the amount thereof doth
belong to us the administration of all and singular
the goods chattels and credits of said decd and any
way concerning her Will is granted to William P. Van
Ness of Fort Hamilton Kings County New York and Eugene
Nan Ness of Baltimore Maryland Executors in
said Will named, they being first duly sworn will
faithfully and humbly to discharge the duties
of such Executors.
Tn Testimony Whereof we have caused the seal
of Office of the Surrogates Court of the City & County of New
York to be hereunto affixed
