I Daniel E. Sapp of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida being of Sound mind
and memory do make and publish this my last will and
testament in manner and form following that
is to say, I want my wife Francis Sapp after
            just
paying all my^debts to have and to hold all
my property both real and personal land
Horses Cattle Swine Buggy wagon Household
and furniture and other items not partic-
ulary named until my youngest heir becomes
of age then all the property hereby devised
or bequeathed to her as aforesaid or so much
thereof as may then remain unexpended
I give to my wife and children
  In witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand this 24th day of April AD 1886

being duly sworn deposes and says that he saw
Daniel Sapp the testator sign and seal the
foregoing sheet of paper as and for his

gether with T.J. Knight & J.M. Parkerson
signed the same in witness in the pre-
mis at the request of the Testator & 
in the presence of each other
