In re: Petition of Executrix } In County Judges Court in and
for Probate of will of       } for Alachua County Florida Sitting
Julius Stark decd            } as a Probate Court
                  Petition
To the Hon J.C. Gardener County Judge in and for Alachua
County, Sitting Sitting acting and exercising Probate juris
diction
   The Petition of Belle S. Stark respectfully showeth
unto your Honor that Julius Stark late of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida, where he last dwelt and at
his home in said Gainesville Alachua County Florida
the Saturday the 20th day of September 1890, possessed
of goods and estate remaining to be administered
leaving your Petitioner Belle S. Stark, his widow and
the following children, to-wit: -May Effie______
Gertrude, and James Brown, all of whom are minors
under the age of Fifteen years, and living with your
Petitioner, their natural Guardian, That Said deceased
left a will herewith presented for Probate, wherein
your Petitioner is named as Executrix, therefore your
Petitioner prays that said Will may be proved and
allowed and letters testamentary granted to her in con-
firmaty thereto this Sept 25th 1890

        Last Will and Testament
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy
Spirit amen.
  I Julius Stark of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
being of sound mind memory and discretion yet mindful
of the uncertainty of human life do make this as and
for my last will and Testament:
  I do herein and hereby give devise and bequeath
unto my beloved Wife Bell S. Stark and to her heirs and
assigns forever, all and singular the real estate personal
property of every character whatsoever, and wherever situated
of which I may die seized and possessed or to
which I may be entitled at my decease by
