inheritance or otherwise.
I herein and hereby nominate and appoint my dear wife Bell
S. Stark as sole Executrix without bond and full power
and authority to Sell, mortgage, or otherwise dispose of any
and all of said property, as in her judgment she may
deem proper, without the order or intervention of any Court
of law or of equity or of any Judge thereof.
  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
    seal and published and declared this, as for my last
    Will and Testament, on this the 5th day of May 1890

The above named Julius Stark, did, on this 5th day of May
AD 1890, sign seal publish and declare the foregoing
as and for his last will and testament, in our presence
and we signed the same as witnesses at his request, in
his presence, and in the presence of each other
