It is therefore ordered that the said Will be admit
ted to record, and declared to be the last Will and testa-
ment of Julius Stark decd

I J. Adger Clark, being of Sound and
disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare
the following as and for my last will and testament
hereby revoking any former any former Wills by me at
any time made heretofore made
Item I direct my Executor herein after named to pay all my
just debts and liabilities out of any money coming
to his hands from my estate.
Item I give devise and bequeath to Hannah and Fanny, which
persons being in Charleston S.C. formerly servants of
my fathers, the sum of Fifty Dollars each to each
of them
Item I give devise and bequeath to the Presbyterian Church
in Gainesville Florida, One Thousand Dollars-unto
Mrs Jane Nolan, wife of Dr. Nolan of Gainesville
Florida, the sum of One Thousand Dollars-unto Mrs
Hoyt, wife of Rev Thomas A. Hoyt of Nashville Ten-
nessee, the sum of one Thousand Dollars-unto Mrs
Margaret E. Shaw, wife of Wm B. Shaw, of New York
the sum of three Thousand Dollars-the said legacies
being to the said legatees respectively, to them and their
respective heirs, Executors and administrators and as-
signs forever
Item I give devise and bequeath unto my uncles John C. Cham
bers and Benjamin R. Chambers of Marion County,
Florida, all my right title and interest in and to a
tract of land known as the Payne Place, and
and situated in the said Marion County
