the last Will and Testament of J. Adger Clark, and the
same is hereby ordered to be filed and registered in this
office, and that letters Testamentary be issued to Robert
Adger as the Executor of said Will and Testament

of Florida Sitting for matters of probate
It appearing to me that John C. Chambers appointed
by this Court as Administrator on the estate of J. Adger
Clark deceased has failed as said Administrator to
make and return any inventory of the said estate, and
it appearing that a probate of a will of the said J. Adger
Clark has been duly obtained and granted by the Su-
perior Court of the County of Buncombe in the State
of North Carolina, which said probate as also a copy
of said will and Testament having been duly recorded
upon the records of this Court:
It is therefore ordered that the letters of Administration
granted to the said John C. Chambers, be, and the same are
hereby revoked and cancelled, and that the said
John C. Chambers, be and he is hereby removed as said
Administrator and is hereby declared discharged as such
