                         February Term 1891
        Charles C. Lancaster
I Charles C Lancaster a citizen of Knoxville Tennessee
being of Sound and disposing mind and Memory hereby
***** make and publish this my last Will & Testament
to- wit:
  1st I hereby give bequath devise and will to my wife Maggie
E Lancaster all property real personal and mixed
wheresoever situated, that I may own at the time of
my death, except that certain tract of land
mentioned in the next clause hereof
   The property disposed of in the clause at present
consists of
(1)  All of my right title and interest in and to a
Certain house and lot in the town of Gainesville County
of Alachua, State of Florida being an undivided
one half thereof together with certain indebtedness due
me from my brother R.A. Lancaster for the other
undivided half thereof.  (erasure before signing)
(2) about twenty five acres of land situated within
Said named County and State, and about two
miles from said town of Gainesville (3) A tract
of about 100 acres of land situated in Volusia County
State of Florida (4) All property that I may own in
the State of Tennessee Tennessee County of Knox, This
enumeration is not restrictive but only given as a
M***or *** of my property except that devised in this
2nd Clause hereof and may change locality & form It
is my will and intention that all property that
I may own at the time of my death, Whether now owned
by me or hereafter acquired whenever situated real per-
sonal or mixed except that mentioned in
said 2nd Clause shall **** at my death absolutely
in my said wife
  2nd  I will and devise to my mother Susan R.
Lancaster a Certain tract of land five hundred acres
more or less situated in the County of Madison State
of Tennessee and about twelve miles from the City
of Jackson adjoining the Croom and Noonan's farm
But this Special clause is subject to a debt $1500 00
or there abouts which I owe to my uncle in New
York contracted for my mother, which debt is
hereby charged on said farm as an incumbrance
and thereon or if I pay said debt Said Susan
