                 Chas C. Lancaster
is so charged or if said debt is increased the full
debt is so charged
 3d  I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Maggie
E. Lancaster Executrix of this my last will and
testament. I request her out of my assets to pay
all my just debts except that named in 2" Clause
and I excuse her from giving bond & security.

       To all persons Greeting
Whereas at *** County Court held for the County of
Knox at the Court House in Knoxville, on the first Monday
in February 1891 it appeared to the Court that Charles
C. Lancaster late of said County had died having first
made his last will and Testament in which Maggie
E. Lancaster is nominated as Executrix, and the Said
Will having been proved and admitted to record and
Said Executrix qualified as such it was ordered by
the Court that Letters issue according ly to law
  We therefore empower the said Maggie E. Lancaster
to take into her possession all and singular the
goods and Chattels rights, and credits May extend and
in all things to administer said goods & Chattels
rights and credits, according to the tenor of said
Will and the law of the land
  Witness Jno W. Conner Clerk of said Court at office in
*** Knoxville this 1st Monday in  May 1891  Jno W. Conner  Clerk
