{Testamentary issued to Maggie E. Lancaster Exrx of Charles C.

               In the name of God Amen
 I Nicholas Acker of the City of Washington in the District
of Columbia being of Sound and disposing mind Memory
and understanding do make publish and declare this My
last Will and Testament  hereby revoking and annul-
ing all former Wills by me at any time heretofore Made
   I give and devise unto my sons William J. Acker
and Franklin J. Acker, and their heirs and assigns,
as Tenants in Common, and not as joint tenants
all the lots of ground and parts of lots of ground and
improvements thereon, in the square of ground Known
and distinguished as square numbered Six hundred and
thirty (630) in the City of Washington and District of
Columbia now owned by me or of which I may
die seized and possessed
  I also give and bequeath to my said sons William
J. Acker and Franklin J. Acker and their heirs
and assigns Share and share alike all my
interest **** and property including stock in
trade in the business in which I am engaged in
the Said City of Washington and carried on
under the name of Acker & Co workers in Mar
ble, granite and brown stone
 I give and bequeath to my nephew Charles A. Acker
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars 
 I give and bequeath to my sister, Elizabeth Stoll wife
of Christian Stoll, of Louisville Kentucky
