and pay over to my said wife, from time to time, when
and as collected the interest upon Such investment, during
her natural life provided she shall So long remain a
widow, but Should my said wife Marry, then or upon
her death, to Convert said investments into money
by sale and divide such money share and share
alike- except as herein of the Provided among and
between my said wife (should she, at the time of
such Sale be living) and all my children, the
Children of a deceased Child to take such
Share or part as his or her parent would have
been entitled to if living and if at the time of
such sale my said wife shall not be living
then to divide such money, share and share
alike, except as herein after provided among and
between all my Children, the Child of a deceased
Child to take in the manner herein after men-
tioned.
Provided however, that as I have by this my last
will and testament divised all my lots of
ground and parts of lots of ground in square
numbered six hundred and thirty in said City
of Washington to my ____ sons William J. Acker
and Franklin J. Acker I will and direct that
the sum of twenty-five Dollars thousand Dol-
lars, in equal portions, that is to say twelve
thousand five hundred Dollars each, shall be
deducted from their Shares and that the said
twenty-five thousand Dollars shall be equally
among
divided, share and Share alike by and between my
said wife and all my children, except the said William
J. Acker, and Franklin J. Acker neither of whom
shall be in any matter Manner entitled to any
part or portion thereof
I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint
my said wife, Sarah E. Acker and my said sons
William J. Acker, George N. Acker and Franklin
J. Acker Executrix and Executors of this my last
will and testament, and do also appoint them*
Guardians of my minor Children
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this twentieth day of June in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred &
