P. Cole and late of Said County departed this
life on the 8th day of September 1899 leaving a
last will and testament in Which your Petitioner
was nomirat nominated Constituted and
appointed Executor your Petiitioner herewith
Pr Presents  Said will and prays that the same
may be allowed and admitted to proof and Probate
and that letters Testamentary do issue to him as
such Executor
