that J. Madison Sparkman departed this life
on the 9th day of February 1891 leaving a last
Will and testament in Which She was nominated
as the sole Executrix of said will Your petitioner
therefore prays your Honor to Grant unto your
petitioner Letters Tesamentary on his estate and your
petitioner will ever pray &c
