Charles F. Rigg estate
To the Hon J.C. Gardner County Judge of Alachua
County State of Florida The undersigned petitioner
Sophronia M. Rigg respectfully Show that on the 4th day
of June AD 1887 Charles F. Rigg made and executed his
last will and testament according to the law of the
State of Florida by which Will your petitioner was
appointed sole executrix thereof that the said
Charles F. Rigg died the 26th day of July AD 1890
leaving the aforesaid Will unrevoked and uncancelled
and now in force your petitioner prays that the
Said Will be now admitted to proof & Probate as Provided
by the laws of Florida and that letters Testamentary
be Granted her upon the estate of the Said Charles F.
Rigg deceased October 14th AD 1890

Upon Reading and considering the
foregoing petition it is ordered that the said will
be allowed and admitted to proof done and
ordered this October 13th 1890

of the Subscribing witnesses to the last will and
testament of C.F. Rigg having in due form
of law proved Said will it is ordered that Said
Will be and is hereby Probated and admitted
remain as the last will and testament of C.F. Rigg
deceased It is further ordered that letters
Testamentary do issue to Sopronia M. Rigg as
executrix of Said last will and testament

In as much as life is uncertain and that
death is Certain I make this as my last will
paid
and testament 1st I want all of my debts^if
any there should be 2nd I bequeath to my
beloved wife Sophronia M. Rigg all of my
Real estate that I may die posesed of title
