in Masouri Florida or in any other State
I bequeath to my beloved wife Sophronia M. Rigg
all money notes and accounts and also all personal
property and in fact every thing that I may
die posesed of 4th I bequeath to my beloved wife
Sophronia M. Rigg all and every thing that I
may die possesed of absolutely to will or dispose
of as She may think proper to do 5th Provided
further that the Said Sophronia M. Rigg is not to
give during her natural life nor will at
her death any money or property of any kind
or any thing whatsoever kind to John R. Christian
his wife or any of their heirs nor to Thomas
O Q. Bogie his wife or any of their heirs at
any time any money or property of any kind
6th It is also also my desire and my will that my beloved
Wife Sophronia M. Rigg be allowed to serve as
my administratrix Without having to Give
Security as my indebtedness does not amount to
any thing I do this as I have full and utter confidence
in my beloved Wife Wi Sophronia M. Rigg Signed

and J.C. Balis Signed the same as witnesses
thereto in the presence of the testatrix and at
his request and in the presence of each other
and that he believed the Will to be the the last
will and testament of Said deceased
