In the matter of the nuncupative Will of Noah
Townsend deceased
Whereas it appearing to the Court that the next of
kin to the deceased husband duly made as required
by law and it further appearing that citation has
been duly published in acordance with law in a
newspaper Called the Star published in said County
and no ob objection having been filed to the proof
and probate of Said will It is therefore ordered that Said
nuncupative will be and is hereby at allowed and
admitted to proof Done and ordered this January 13th
AD 1892

the affidavits of B.W. Waits, S.F. Waits and C.C. Towns
Townsend It is therefore ordered that the said be
and is hereby declared as the last Will and Testament
of Noah deceased

Will of Noah Townsend
We and each of us were present at the making of
this nuncupative Will of Noah Townsend late of
Alachua County Florida deceased and the
testate at the time of pronouncing the Same did
desire us the persons present to bear witness that
Such was his will as to that effect that such
nuncupative Was made in the time of the last
Sickness of Said Noah Townsend deceased as
follows to wit First that all his real estate
be and become the property of his wife
Sarah Townsend for and during her natural
life except such lands as is hereinafter given
to his other heirs that his Said wife Reserve
in adition to his possession one hundred dollars
pr year more or less whatever it tt takes for her
support his pension being Ninety six dollars
pr year
