of My property not hereinbefore especially disposed of
by the same real personal or mixed property and wheresoever
in the world the same may be located or situated shall
go to and be owned by and I do hereby give, devise
and bequeath the same and every part thereof to my
dearly loved Sister Annie C. drake of Gainesville I
do hereby nominate and appoint Burt C. Drake and Annie
C. Drake to be the executors of this My last will and testament
and I do hereby empower them and each of them to Carry out
the provisions of this My last Will & Testament

affixed My seal on this 31st day of August AD 1878

Probate personally came V.D. Jernigan one of the Subscribing
witnesses to the foregoing Will who after being duly sworn
upon oath says that she saw the said Isabal A. Hopwood
sign, seal, publish and declare the foregoing instrument
Volunterily and freely and without Compulsion, and that she
also saw the witnesses H.C. Gilbart & Lizzie Riedel sign
the same in the presence of the Testatrix Isabal H. Hopwood
and in the presence of her the Deponent & who in the presence
of the testatrix and in the presence of each other signed the Same
Sworn to & Subscribed
