Noah Townsend

That Certain notes  Given for advances made by
him to his children and made payable to the heirs
of the estate of Noah Townsend Shall p be paid
in installments from the Surplus Oranges here-
-before mentioned until paid That his Son
Thomas J. Townsend have from his household
furniture one bed and bedstead and bed Clothing
for Same and his Winchester Rifle and his Susie
mare untill he has a horse raised ready for use
Said mare to be kept on his home place then
Said Susie and all other increase to be sold
That he wished C.C. Townsend and J.T. Townsend
to be his executors We and each of us Severally
Solemnly make oath thatf that the foregoing
is Noah Townships nuncupative Will as
Stated to us aforesaid This Seventeenth day of
November AD 1891  {
