my sister Jinnie I Give Rosa McMurtry the sum of two
hundred dollars My wearing Cloths are to be divided
among my relatives My old Tea spoons I Give to Mrs
Charlie T. Riggs The newer ones I Give to my sister^John
James My household things can be sold and the
money go towards paying off my Gifts I set apart
three hundred dollars of my money to have a Tomb=
Stone or monument to Mr. Rigg and my Grave
also an Iron fence to be put around our lot in
the cemetery
at Linneous Linn Co Mo out of a mortgage I held
in my own Name before my Husbands death
on property near Melrose Florida. I Give Mrs
Virginia Bagie the sum of Five hundred dollars
to be hers and hold in her own name now if after
Settling up all of my Gifts from the p Sales of what
what property I have there Should be anything left
over let it be equally divided between my Brothers
and Sisters mentioned in this my will

County Judge Within and for the County of Alachua
and State of Florida personally came P.F. Wilson
and M.B. French who being each by me duly
Sworn on their oaths say that they were each
at the time and Saw Mrs Sophia M. Rigg sub-
-scribe her name to the annexed instrument
in writing bearing date the 5 day of June
A.D. 1891 and heard her declare the same to be her
last Will and Testament and at the time of the
execution of said instrument as aforesaid
and of their subscribing the Same as such
4546 witnesses - Sophia M. Rigg the said Testatrix
(6) was of sound and diposing mind to the best of
