    your Petitioner respectfully showeth unto your Honor
    that Cynthis A. May deceased late of Said County
    apecis departed this life on the 6th day of November
    AD 1889 leaving a last will and Testament in which
    your petitioner Was Nominated to be the Sole executor
    Your petitioner herewith presents said wWill and
    Prays that the Same may be allowed and admitted
    to proof and that letters do Testamentary do issue
    to him and your petitioner Will ever Pray
